The Theme Pavilion of Culture and Development is located at the second floor of the Visitor Center, with an exhibition area of 400 square meters. The theme of the pavilion is "The World's Siguniang", and it features four permanent exhibition areas: The Origin of the Sacred Mountain, Cultural Feast, Common Name and the World, and Continuing the Splendid Chapter. Through various physical exhibits, documentaries on production and life, animations of Tibetan village architecture growth, audio-visual ethnic music, and historical stories, the pavilion tells the historical process of the Jiarong Tibetan people in the Siguniang Mountain area and the establishment, construction, development, and protection of the geological park.
